Refund and Returns Policy

We are a small business and are committed to making sure you receive a high-quality product. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it fairly.

Returns & Refunds Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Certain items may be non-returnable (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Digital downloads

If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company—processing times may vary.
  • Contact your bank, as there is often a delay before refunds are posted.

Sale Items

Sale items may not be refundable. If an item is non-refundable, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • After we confirm the issue, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if required) or sending a replacement.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • If we provide a prepaid shipping label and a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Undelivered Returns:

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
